Lindsey Shepherd is a creative strategist and consultant with more than a decade of experience spanning the arts, nonprofit organizations, and small business operations.
With a career rooted in both creative vision and practical strategy, Lindsey helps artists, creatives, and visionary businesses expand their reach and turn ideas into sustainable opportunities.
Over the past eight years, Lindsey has worked extensively in the arts, including five years as a gallery curator, developing exhibitions, cultivating creative partnerships, and helping artists connect their work with new audiences. Her experience also includes serving on the board of directors for a major Seattle museum, offering insight into organizational leadership, governance, and the strategic challenges facing cultural institutions.
Lindsey also brings ten years of experience in nonprofit and small business operations. As Director of Operations for a food innovation group led by a James Beard Award-winning chef, she managed the systems, partnerships, and day-to-day operations that support creative and entrepreneurial work.
Today, Lindsey brings these diverse experiences together to provide strategic growth and aesthetic direction. Her approach combines big-picture thinking with hands-on operational expertise, helping clients clarify their vision, identify new opportunities, strengthen their presence, and create thoughtful, sustainable paths for growth.
